A recent study conducted by the Pew Internet and American Life Project, on Internet usage brought out results that found marriage to be one factor to influence Internet usage among women.
Internet was found to be more popular among married women than in singles. The reason stated here for this difference is that married women search internet to get advice on various issues pertaining to their kids...relationships and like. Another reason added here was the economic freedom that marriage gave to women which made them more online.
Do you think marriage influences the time you spend online? I think the reasons for which one searches out internet might change after marriage but I don’t think so there can be major changes in time spent also.
