It’s very important that those who work around you are happy with you...comfortable working with you. And importance of this becomes manifold if you happen to be the Employer.
Conformability factor is important. People under you should feel happy working with you. Make your self easy to work with. This easiness is the catchword if you want you business to be successful. And who does not want that.
You are a good employer and your employees love working with you if:
1. You are Flexible enough...by this I mean that if are not too rigid with your employees in any of the matters, trust me you will be favored by them always.
2. You are easily accessible, that means your employees are comfortable enough in approaching to you...they don’t have to think twice before talking to you.
3. You are not pushy and sport a positive attitude.

If you come out to be an easily approachable employer, working with whom is fun for the employees, then trust me half of the work is done. If you have won the faith and trust of your employees, then no body in the world can keep you away from success for long.
