PSS or Post Santa Syndrome, this is the name given to a seasonal condition when Santa has come and even gone, leaving women all exhausted, depressed, apprehensive about the New Year ahead.



The pre-Christmas workloads, those parties, gifts night-outs, shopping, less sleep, family stress sucks life out of females. Topping all this come the hard to avoid January doldrums, all these conditions make them a perfect victim of PSS.

According to a survey conducted by ivillage.co.uk, around, 48% of women are falling a victim to this syndrome by succumbing to depression and deflation.



Symptoms of PSS

1. Constantly feeling sad

2. Feeling tired and lethargic

3. Getting nervous or anxious

4. Headaches

5. Low self-esteem

6. Low sex drive and disinterest in everyday life.
