Recent body image survey in Australia bought out some really interesting results. The survey revealed that more than 74% of Australian women are unhappy with their bodies. The extent of frustration was so high that they can even go for surgery to get that sexy figure like Angelina Jolie.



Women are happy with their facial features and keep the eyes at the top of the priority list, followed by hair, mouth, hand and face. Poor body image that is keeping them far away from the kind of life these women like to lead.



Apart from this consequence of a poor body image another thing that is affected is the sexual life of these women. They feel their sex-life could’ve been far better had they been of ideal size and shape.



No doubt, the slimming centers are going to be lined up soon, in fact they already are. Here comes a suggestion, do not go for crash diets or enticement of the slimming centers. Rather go for natural ways to come back in shape...and start loving the way you look and topping all start being in love with your self.
