Taking a sound sleep for more than eight hours per night reduces the risk of breast cancer...this is according to a study conducted by University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
As per the study more exposure to light at night leads to a fall in melatonin levels,which in turn increases the chances of Breast cancer.
So this comes as a warning before all those night queens...who love to party hard ...especially during night.
