Victor Chin, the owner of Pheonix Hair Salon (Belait) has asserted that hair rebonding is the most wanted hair service amongst women during festivities.
It has started in Japan, remained a fad in Brunei because of its convenience, moreover it is a quick solution for those in need of a straight and manageable hair.
Mr. Chin said that it has benefited the people who have problems taming their curly, thick and long hair. It generally consumes four to five hours resulting in sleek and straight hair with a softer texture relatively. The hair can retain its look for about six months.
However, Mr. Chin suggests touch-ups, as new hair that grows tends to go out of texture and shape.
