super_mumIt feels great to know that at last employers are gradually changing the way they saw their pregnant employees. They are no more seen as a burden or as someone whose efficiency has suddenly dropped or as someone who’ll not be as productive after having a baby as she was initially.

A great deal of employers specially the high-pressure professions such as law, medicine, accounting and finance are adopting innovative ways of making jobs easier and comfortable for the those who are pregnant and also for those who have recently given birth to their babies.

They are experimenting with newer options including flexible working hours and part-time options, which will leave you with plenty of time to enjoy with your baby together with doing justice with your profession. Breast-feeding lounges, support groups, mentors and sabbaticals are coming up in big way to help working mothers break the glass ceiling.

So from now onwards, getting pregnant would not cost your career and you’ll not be considered unsuitable for the top management positions...so go for it Mommies!
