Many of us encounter Loneliness some or the other time in life. And it’s really hard to bring out certain definite reasons why you feel so...it can be anything ranging from lack of friends or problem in expressing your self or for that matter People feel lonely for a number of reasons, your own nature that loves to be alone.
Here are some tips that will help you to come out of this loneliness and become an active part of everything that’s happening around you.
First take the notion out of your mind that something’s wrong with you if you are feeling so...everybody feels lonely some or the other time. You are normal. Loneliness is imperative when you are going through some kind of a change...in personal, professional or social life. So give yourself time to adjust to things.
Try to be with people as much as you can...irrespective of the fact that you like them or they are not the people you can connect to. At least give it a try. Talk as much as you can, interact is the word.
If you have a shy nature then make yourself a part of some social groups, I know it would be tough but gradually you will get comfortable. Reveal yourself...talk your heart out to your friends , you’ll feel lighter. Take initiative in social relationships, soon you’ll have a big bunch of friends around you and no place for loneliness.
