On some earlier occasions I have talked about your attitude in office. The way you interact with your colleagues, your subordinates and your seniors paves the way for your success. But interacting in a proper way becomes a big time problem if you fall in the category of introverts...and things become worse if an introvert gets involved in a conflict.
If you too are one such introvert who find office conflicts no less than crushing despite the fact that you are much brighter, much intelligent and much talented than opposition, then Jennifer has found some solutions for you.
Jennifer thinks that introverts should focus on issues that impact them personally. In this way, they can choose which conflicts to engage in, and which to let go.
Next she wants the introverts to give away the idea of keeping mum; she wants them to literally speak-up whenever they feel the need to.
Another good point mentioned is to observe your body language. Make sure you make an eye contact with the person you are talking with. And don’t keep things to yourself...smile explicitly if your heart feels like.
I think the piece will be useful for all those who feel they remain unheard most of the times. Not just introverts...but I think everybody who feels he’s being neglected or over powered some times can abide by these points.
