As per a study conducted in Ohio, lack of sleep makes women rather vulnerable to putting on weight rather than keeping it off. Five hours of sleep is something basic that one needs to maintain a healthy lifestyle sans any obesity issues, concludes the Case Western Reserve University study.



Though the study is first one to give a ruling like this, but it cannot be false altogether since it is based on a survey conducted on 70,000 odd females.
