A panel consisting of women leaders might have solved the problems of many like Carol Kauffman. the basic problem faced by professional women is balancing between family and professional life. The panel educated women on how to go about this ‘balancing act‘. As per Kauffman:
It gives you a different perspective on women that achieve national status having to start somewhere and where their priorities are and how they make decisions. It’s something we all go through at a much smaller scale.
The panel did emphasize on family needs over and above professional needs and this very thing is much easy said than done. However, a woman who is determined to cut out space for herself after fulfilling her duties, has done the job at the end of the day.
