Dr Patricia Moore, a young lady in twenties, packed her paraphernalia, slipped into an attire of an old woman went across America and Canada. Her aim was to make this world a better place to live in. However, she was dismayed to confront a hostile world.
Presently she’ll be arriving in New Zealand as the inaugural Southern Cross Healthcare/New Zealand Institute of Research on Ageing visiting fellow at the Victoria University of Wellington.
Professor Pat Walsh, Vice-Chancellor of the University, is very pleased to have Dr Moore visit the University.
She’s an internationally renowned gerontologist, designer and a leading authority on consumer lifespan behaviors and requirements.
She has been named by the ID Magazine as one of The 40 Most Socially Conscious Designers in the world and is one of The 100 Most Important Women in America.

Interview
She started making films and television in 1997 and since then directed several documentaries and TV-programs. She did her education from The National Film School of Denmark, department of documentary and television, graduated in 2003.
