Ayesha Rabia Naveed is a name that is worth mentioning when it comes to Pakistan.
Ayesha is the the first woman captain of a commercial aeroplane in Pakistan, this is in accoedance with a press release issued by the Pakistan Airline Pilots’ Association (PALPA).
This comes as a real big high for Islamic women who are gradually coming out into the technological world, breaking away fro the roots of age old ‘purdah’. It feels great to see women making names specially in fields that usually associated with men.
