Off lately, Common Health magazine conducted a poll in Taiwan that revealed that an increasing number of young women there hold a laid-back attitude towards marriage. Figures show that most of them cherished the thought of remaining single all through their life, while others wished having more than one lover.



Does that show that rather than having a laid-back attitude, women are going cynical when it comes to marriage? Or is it just that they are still waiting for their Mr. Right.



Whatever may be the reason, one thing that’s certain is that modern woman expect something more from a marriage that what her conventional counterparts looked out for.

According to the survey, they could compromise on love at a point but not on their spouse’s bad habits.



Certain characteristics that are strict no-nos when it comes to choosing a life partner include:

1. Violence

2. Bad habits

3. Promiscuity

4. Lack of ambition

5. Lack of consideration

6. Poor personal hygiene.



So all those men who are planning to tie a knot...make sure you are thorough with the manner’s lesson and you have revised the chapter of good habits that you learnt in kindergarten...or you never know you might have to face rejection.
