With an increase in the earning potential of women, one can clearly notice the shift in their priorities as well. Today’s young woman is more concerned about owing some property to herself before getting married and settling down. For an average 20-something female a property-hunt is far more essential than partner-hunt.
A research conducted by GE money reveals that the number of young woman applying for home improvement loans and investing in property has shot up by a drastic 130%.
Apart from this, the research also revealed that women hold a different approach to home improvement than men.
They are taking up the home improvement projects more like management projects and end up being anyway better than their male counterparts at doing them.
