The second annual BlogHer conference took place in Silicon Valley on Friday. Attended by hundreds of females, this emerged as a highly informative event for the female bloggers present at the event.



This years’ conference marked the presence of double the number of women that were present during last year’s conference.



The topics of discussion here included everything that women needed to know in orderto make their voices heard in the blogosphere including driving traffic, and attracting advertisers, apart from keynote speeches from some of the most successful women bloggers, such as Arianna Huffington, founder of the Huffington Post.



The aim of the BlogHer site is to create “opportunities for women bloggers to pursue exposure, education and community.”



They are head over heels to help women make their voices reach out to the world and contribute towards making a difference in their lives together with changing the way masses look towards the women.
