Here is a study that I think is a must read for Michael Noer, the Forbes writer who gave some of his views in marriage in article titled “Don’t marry a career woman”. As per the study, a majority of the so called eligible bachelors as they were called once, are looking out for women who can support them financially post marriage. I thought there still existed in this world something called chivalry!
Seems the society is on the verge of role reversal and what women used to expect earlier, is topping men’s chart at the moment...and is making them to settle for a wealthy chic.
The survey conducted on 1,000 single males and females, a UK dating website called LoopyLove.com, revealed that the earning potential of the partner held five times more importance to males than it was for females.
So, in the light of situation like this, do you think Forbe’s stand actually stands anywhere? Is there any point making men beware of marrying a career woman, when they are actually hunting out for a filthy rich babe who can take care of all their expenses while they sit and do the home work.
