A study reported at The Herald-mail is talking about “interaction between parents and teenagers on the issue of sex”.
Now,I am no way interested in furthering the debate on the same lines but would like to put that the study showa that the teenagers are very much sexually active.
So at a juncture when teen pregnancy is growing like anything...despite enormous efforts,what is rather important is to teach the teenagers more on the matters relating to birth control and contraceptives to avoid the sexually transmitted diseases, rather than changing their lifestyle or choosing their companions.
They should be made aware about there own safety and well being and then the attack should come on the other aspects.
