I just came across a news article that talked about the difference that comes in a working woman as soon as she becomes a part of higher level management.
The article states that women starts to feel as if they are being under-used and they are not given enough of exposure to show their potential.Other than this the study also talked about women becoming more critical about the management’s decision as and when they become a part of it.
On all these issues I would like to say that, the reason behind this change in their attitude lies in the way they are treated by rest of the management.
They remain excluded from the decision making periphery of the organization and are not allowed to become an active and influntial part of the board room culture as the area is most of the time dominated by their male counter parts.
