All those who think that women who sit at home all through the life taking care of kids and home do better health wise, as they don’t have to deal with the hardships and trauma associated with professional life, need to brush up their knowledge.
The reason being the research that says that women who have been working all through the years are better in health by the time they reach middle age, in comparison to women who have been leading a life of homemakers all these years.
The study, conducted on 1200 women aged 15 to 54 years concluded that those who have been multitasking all through the years and are used to the stress involved in striking a work-life balance have more chances of leading a healthy life after they hit 50, rather than those who have been sticking to home.
So if you are planning to call it off for your professional life due to the misconception that your work life is affecting your heath then do read this research twice...you never know you might end up changing your decision.
